Please note that most of the products sold on this website are a perishable and natural items. The life span of flowers and plants is dependent on species, environment and care, resulting in some flower and plant varieties living longer than others. Flowers and plants are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season, growers and the markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on www.fortuneflowers.nz, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.

Refunds

At Fortune Flowers, we will go to great lengths to source the very best flowers, plants and other products for our customers. You can generally expect your flowers to last 3-7 days provided they are cared for correctly.If you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least 3 days let us know within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at fortuneflowerss@gmail.com. Fortune Flowers has the right to request images of the original flowers and can ask to return the products if we decide to issue a refund or replacement. 

Orders

Fortune Flowers has sole authority to accept or reject any order or any variation or modification of an order. Fortune Flowers also has the sole discretion to accept or reject any order cancellation request.

Due to the industry we operate in, any price indications or price lists provided by Fortune Flowers are subject to change at any time without notice. 

Delivery

As part of this website, we allow you to give us the time and date in which our products need to be delivered or picked up by, Fortune Flowers will make every reasonable effort to have the flowers and other products prepared and delivered to you on the date and time you have specified. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
